Employment Law

BEFORE.— Employment Law

My parents, my grandparents, my great-grandparents — all of them were working people. People who got up every morning to earn their bread with their hands, with their backs, with hours no one gave them for free.

When I defend someone who’s worked hard and is owed what’s rightfully theirs, I’m defending them too. It’s not just a legal specialty. It’s personal.

Employment Law exists because for centuries workers fought — with strikes, with uprisings, with blood — to have decent working conditions. Every right you have in your contract today cost someone a great deal. And my job is to make sure no one takes it from you.

FIRST.— How I can help you

Dismissals
Unfair, void, or lawful dismissal. You have 20 working days to file a claim. Don’t wait around.

Workplace harassment (mobbing)
If your boss or a coworker is grinding you down psychologically, that has a legal name — mobbing — and a legal solution.

Owed amounts and entitlements
Unpaid wages, overtime, miscalculated severance, prorated bonuses that shouldn’t be prorated. You’re almost always owed something.

Misconduct and sanctions
Warnings, suspensions, disciplinary dismissals. You have 20 working days to challenge them.

Disability benefits
Premature medical discharges, denied permanent disability claims, incorrectly assessed disability grades.

Geographic and functional mobility
Changes in role, workplace, or duties imposed without justification.

Changes to working conditions
If your salary, schedule, or duties were changed without your agreement, it isn’t always legal.

SECOND.— Why me

I’m a lawyer, not an encyclopedia salesman. The first consultation is genuinely free: I listen to you, review your case, and tell you honestly whether it holds up or not. And whenever possible, I work on a contingency basis — if we win, we both win.

I’ve worked with truck drivers, nurses, administrative staff, call center workers, security guards, people in construction and support services. And also with project managers and senior executives at tech companies — it doesn’t matter whether you were earning €15,000 a year or €100,000. An unfair dismissal doesn’t care what you were paid before they took it from you. I know how contracts and subcontracting work. I know how to defend you.

Are you a foreign national working without papers? You can still file a claim. Not having a contract doesn’t mean you don’t have rights.

THIRD.— Shall we talk?

If your employer is exploiting you, don’t wait for it to get worse.
