FIRST.— Once you’re inside, the process isn’t over
If you have a family member in prison, or you’re serving a sentence yourself, the case doesn’t end with the verdict. There’s a whole process that comes after: leave permits, progression to a lower security grade, parole, appeals against prison decisions that affect your day-to-day life.
I’m certified by the Barcelona Bar Association for the specialized court-appointed panel in Prison Law.
SECOND.— What I can handle
- Applications and appeals for leave permits
- Progression to a lower security grade, to bring you closer to parole
- Appeals before the Prison Oversight Court when a prison decision harms you without real justification
THIRD.— Why it matters
Every leave permit denied without real cause, every grade progression that stalls when it shouldn’t, extends a sentence that already has a limit set by the court. My job here is to make sure the system does what the law requires — no longer than it has to.
FOURTH.— Shall we talk?
If you have a family member in prison, or you need help with an appeal or a leave permit yourself, let’s talk.
