FIRST.— Domestic violence: a specialized panel

I’m certified by the Barcelona Bar Association for the specialized court-appointed panel in Gender-Based and Domestic Violence, which requires mandatory specific training to handle these cases.

I work on both sides of the process: representing victims seeking protection and justice, and defending those who are accused, making sure the process respects every legal safeguard along the way.

SECOND.— If you’re the victim

• I stand by you when filing the complaint and requesting a protective order
• I explain what precautionary measures you can request and what they actually mean
• I act as private prosecutor on your behalf at trial

THIRD.— If you’re the one being accused

• I carefully review the complaint and the evidence against you
• I explain what precautionary measures may be imposed on you — such as a restraining order and no-contact order under Article 544 bis of the Spanish Criminal Procedure Act — and how to defend against them
• I build your defense while respecting the dignity of everyone involved, at every step
